Auction Selling Terms

We now accept
and American Express as well as MasterCard, VISA, and Discover card on sales over $30. You must provide us with the card number and expiration date. We welcome checks, but reserve the right to hold the merchandise for ten working days to allow for clearance. Immediate shipment on Credit card or Money order payments. We also accept US postage stamps at Face value as payment for orders under $10.
We guarantee all our stamps to be genuine and as described. If you choose to send a stamp off for authentication, we extend the guarantee period to 90 days from the date of our shipment to you providing that you inform us that you are sending the item for authentication within ten days of receiving same, and to whom you are sending it. In the unlikely event the stamp should come back as spurious, upon its return to us within the 90 day period, we will immediately reimburse the full selling price, the cost of delivery and 10% of the selling price additionally (not to exceed $20), to help offset the costs of authentication.
On the day an auction closes, you are notified by both the auction house and us for your success, how much, and to whom the money is to be sent. We expect this should be sufficient to insure that your remittance is in the mail within 3 days of closing or you contact us in that period if circumstances prevent same. In the event we do not receive payment or contact within ten days of the close of the auction, we will, at our option, void the sale and notify the auction of your default, or send a reminder to you. Under certain circumstances, the Auction may choose to provide penalties for default.
Auction Selling Terms
All items are guaranteed to please with a ten day MONEY BACK guarantee, less commission and delivery charges, if returned in the same condition as when shipped. We cannot, however accept the return of bulk lots like collections or accumulations as there is no way to ascertain intactness.
Our delivery charge includes packing, handling, postage, and insurance. All items are sent insured either by the US Postal service or by our private Collectibles Insurance policy. In the event of loss, you are required to send us a signed statement of non-arrival. We will handle the rest.
